How can I pay?
We accept cash, cards or cheques. You can pay online with your credit or debit card or, if you prefer, you can make the payment at our head office or ask our driver to collect your payment from anywhere in Dubai. Please note that there is a processing fee of AED 45 for card payments made through our drivers.
Why do I have to pay a deposit of AED 200 for the ice bag and cooling bag?
Kcal Extra, request 200 AED as a refundable deposit for a Kcal Extra cool bag, as experience has shown that our customers love our bags so much that they are often reluctant to return them.
When do you deliver the food?
Deliveries are made daily. Our morning slot is between 4 and 9 o\u0027clock and our evening slot is between 16 and 22 o\u0027clock. Delivery times depend on your location. However, if you do not receive the item, we can store it in front of your door or deliver it to another location.
Can it be delivered to my office?
Yes, when you complete our online registration form, please include your office address under the requested delivery information. If you wish to make changes to your delivery location, you must notify Kcal Extra two business days in advance.
