Orders placed before 9pm (Mon-Fri) are usually despatched on the same day, subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after 9pm during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.
The delivery time stated against each product provides an estimate of how long it will take to deliver an item in working days. We will often outperform these estimates but on occasions, and often due to circumstances outside of our control your product may be delayed. If this occurs then you can use the order status facility to find out where your product is.
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
Only specific items are available for Next Working Day Delivery, availability of these items will be shown when an item has been added to the basket.
Enter your postcode and country on the basket page, and select Priority Service to see if you are eligible for Next Working Day delivery.
Orders placed after 9pm (Mon-Fri) will be despatched on the next working day, for Friday this will usually be Monday, providing neither Friday or Monday are Bank Holidays.
Order placed during the weekend will be processed on the next working day (usually Monday), and delivered the following working day (in most cases Tuesday).
Next Day Delivery Items must be signed for.
You may still be charged the Next Day Delivery rate if you select Priority Service, even if your product is not available for Next Day Delivery.
